Information Management Knowledge, In Practice

For the eighth year, in cooperation with DW Club, the prestigious association of leading DW/BI professionals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Adastra was proud to present Data Symposium 2011.

The meeting of leading experts in information technology was held at the Conference Centre Tower Praze Tak. The international conference included presenters from North America and Central Europe and provided attendees with cutting-edge presentations and case studies from leaders in the field.

Morning sessions were devoted to Information Management, Data Governance and Mobile BI. The afternoon program was  divided into two streams, Business and Technology. The Business stream was devoted to specific case studies, presented by Information Management leaders from the Bank of Montreal, Cetelem, the Czech Savings Bank and United GTS. The Technological stream included presentations by Ataccama, Compuware, Microsoft and Sybase. "Data Symposium has always been focused on the sharing of practical knowledge with others, in the interests of moving Information Management to the next level," said Ondrej Frydrych, CEO, Adastra Czech Republic.
