About the speaker
Over the past 20 years, Elkin has led numerous complex multi-tiered BI projects for global leaders in various industries including Insurance, Financial Services, Retail and Telecommunications. Elkin is regularly involved in strategic planning for Business Intelligence platforms, including roadmap creation and tool selection, and has hands-on experience with a wide range of BI tools including MicroStrategy, BusinessObjects, Cognos and WebFocus. Elkin has a BSc in Computer Engineering from the EAFIT University of Medellin, Colombia, and Master’s Degrees in Finance (EAFIT) and International Business (UPB University).
