You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 15 business days before the start of each course. Adastra must be notified in writing by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 905-881-4782.
Delegates cancelling within 15 days but no longer than 3 business days before the start of the course will be subject to a fee of $250. Delegates cancelling within 3 business days will be subject to a full course fee. Delegate substitution is permitted.
The number of participants of each course is limited. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adastra reserves the right to make changes in the course program and schedule. In case your course has been rescheduled, you will be notified in writing about substitute schedules. The minimum number of course participants is five.
