Cetelem is one of the largest non-banking financial services providers the Czech Republic and has been operating for more than fifteen years. Through its network of branches and business partners, it offers customer loans, credit cards, financing of motor vehicles and various types of insurance.

About the project

Cetelem has built its success on effective communications with clients and proper campaign targeting.  In order to further streamline such communications, Cetelem partnered with Adastra to increase the business value of calls, improve the productivity of the telemarketing department, and unify information across all communications channels.

The implemented solution uses hundreds of criteria including client propensity and risk models to determine the highest value campaign likely to be of interest to individual clients and pushes this information out to operational staff and management using Oracle BI. For both incoming and outgoing calls, operators can now offer clients services that fit their profile, increasing sales effectiveness dramatically, and management now has a clearer picture of the company’s customer base.
